Return Guidelines

• All items need to be returned in new, resalable condition in order to receive a full refund.
• Equipment returned, must have all parts, materials and packaging contained in the original box to receive a full refund.
• Onestoplasmashop will pay for return shipping in the case of a fulfillment error or defective product.

Limitations

This guarantee does not cover damage due to abuse, normal wear, improper maintenance, neglect, unauthorized repair/alteration, or expendable parts and accessories expected to become unusable after a reasonable period of use.

Hypertherm offers a flat discount for trade-ins of plasma systems and torches with two options for obtaining:

• A credit for systems sold from stock.
• An up-front discount price when the new system is ordered and shipped from Hypertherm.

To be eligible for a system trade-in discount, the purchase must be a Powermax30, Powermax30 XP, 45, 65, 85, 105, or 125.

To be eligible for a torch trade-in, the purchase must be for an RT80 retrofit torch, or a Duramax MRT, HRT, or HRTs.
